Singing River Dentistry is dedicated to helping each patient we meet achieve and maintain a healthy smile for a lifetime. We know that regular, biannual dental appointment for preventive care can be expensive, especially without dental insurance. We offer the Healthy Smile Protection Program to help patients without dental insurance receive the quality care they need at an affordable rate.

Benefits of the Healthy Smile Protection Program include:

•	Two dental cleanings and exams per year, including all necessary x-rays
•	Intraoral camera exam and oral cancer screening
•	20% discount on periodontal treatments
•	20% discount on all general dentistry procedures (filling, extractions, etc.)
•	20% discounts on all dental lab procedures (crowns, dentures, bridges, etc.)
•	Your membership does not have any deductibles, waiting periods, maximum allowances or predeterminations.

There are four membership plans available:

•	Single Membership – $282 per year
•	Couple Membership – $536 per year
•	3 Family Members – $781 per year
•	4 Family Members – $1,018 per year

Please note that the Healthy Smile Protection Program is not a dental insurance plan. It is a discount dental plan, and cannot be combined with insurance. This plan is only available to patients of Singing River Dentistry.
